It's a Suzuki, get used to insanely-high-priced OEM parts. Case in point, Suzuki charges a staggering $95 MSRP for an '06 RM250 front fender

Yes , they set the high price standard [ even more than KTM which previously held the title. ] Now as of this week , Yamaha has taken off ie: throttle cables $ 70.00 . Kawasaki shift lever $ 88.00 and they say there isnt any inflation , my Italian Ass.

I wonder if a CRF cable would fit? Way way cheaper.

I am now totally convinced that the manufacturers have lost their collective minds. Throwing double digit inflation at common wear parts is going to be the nail in a coffin they built with twin pipes , crappy clutches , INSANE costs for reprogramming equipment , poor quality dlc tubes , tires you should give away , chassis designs that require bandaids , ughh I could go on but it is something we live with . In this economy , they should be trying to keep costs within reason and as you can see above , they arent even trying . Cost of living increases fine but double digit ?
