Doing a rebuild on my 09 yz 125..the cylinder looks fine but my question is what do I need to do to the cylinder before reinstalling? Are these nikasil coated??  new sleeve? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes it is Nikasil , yes you need to de-glaze the walls or the rings will not seat. I use a 1500 carbide ball hone I had made for that. You do not want to overdo it either , if you bring it by here I will do that for you free.
