oil amounts for 2009 CRF450R?

Can someone look in their owner's manual and let me know engine and tranny oil amounts?  I just bought the bike and the previous owner is mailing me the manual but I want to change the oil tomorrow.  thanks

off the top of my head ( i can get actual tomorrow when i don't have to go in the 17degree garage)  

motor 590cc  620 with filter (has a dip stick i am pretty sure)

and the clutch side  well i don't measure
i open the ignition timing port and put in oil till it hits the bottom of the threads
now that i run a hinson clutch cover I run 850cc  I am pretty sure I was running about 750cc (more than manual recommends) before the extra capacity cover

Thanks, I have the Hinson clutch cover also, Hinson has no info on their website about the additional capacity.    The engine oil does have a dipstick, just didn't know if I should trust it.

from 650 to 800cc's with the hinson cover, i had to look it up a couple months ago
