Im having trouble getting the grips to  stick really good to my bars especially on the clutch side.

Ive tried Scotts grip glue as well as Renthal grip glue (using a Scott grip) and it goes on good and tight, but after

one moto it slowly gets twisted around. Safety wired it with no help. Any other tricks Im missing?

I cleaned the bar real good with carb/ brake cleaner to get the glue off before I put the new grip on.

WTF?
i havent cuz last weekend my clutch side grip twisted

Did you ever figure it out?

I think you are suppose to twist the other one.   :?

It would take a real moron to mess up something as simple as putting on grips, but we’ve seen it more times than we’d care to share…

This guy uses clear spray paint. Everyone knows you're supposed to use black.

None of the pussies I've ever enjoyed had a grip.  Never seemed to have a need for one either.  Maybe you're doing it wrong....

I just learned that grips come inside out and you pull them on so the smooth side is out.  No wonder grips spin when we all have been installing them wrong. Grip companies need to do a better job with the instructions, I mean it is pretty obvious now knowing the “grip” side towards the bars.

Now you know!   8)

The new pro-taper lock ons have a soft compound like there regular grips. When you see them, it is a bit ingenious how they managed it.
