I just looked and it is the same day as the combined OTMX & OTHG race at Perris, so I may go to that one instead, especially since there will be a lot more people in my class at that race. Bummer.

AHRMA 888-412-4762

You can call to verify number plate and bike safety requirements. They do not always stringently enforce all the rules at the Regional non Road Race events, but you don't want to go there and be missing something they will require.

It is only a Regional event, so it will not have a bazillion riders like Swap Moto. I went to their Regional at Cahuilla a couple years ago and there were around 100 riders.

They have Trials and Cross Country on Saturday 5-18 with MX on Sunday 5-19.

No invite is required, just show up.

TECH INSPECTION - Call to verify requirements.

They have a tech inspection and usually require a working kill switch, the round ball on the end of the clutch ad brake levers, and a piece of rubber fuel line over the chain adjuster bolt if it is exposed like it is on vintage bikes.

Scroll down to the bottom to see the schedule under Southwest Schedule.

VINTAGE CLASS SUSPENSION/SWINGARM RULES - Travel limiters available at the race.

NUMBER PLATES AND NUMBERS - Call to verify.

"Novice entrants shall have yellow plates, all others must be white. All numbers must be black, at least 8″ tall, with a minimum 1″ brush stroke. Any letters must be at least 3″ tall. It is the rider's responsibility to be scored; legible numbers on the rider's back and helmet are highly encouraged."

For the Chaney race, can you sign up on the day of the race and get a AHRMA membership?
Or do you have to sign up on-line .
Thank
Rob

I have always signed up the day of the race at all the California AHRMA events, but I will double check with them and let you know asap.
