HAVE MOTORHOME FOR STATIONARY RENTAL
« on: August 25, 2023, 01:51:27 PM »
Not sure what section to post this in. I will move it if needed.

I have a 1999, 31 foot, class A Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision Motorhome, which is their highest end, non bus type model available that year.

It is available for stationary rental only due to the insurance, which means I would drive it out to a location of your choice within a 100 mile radius of Lake Elsinore, then drive it back after you are finished with it.

It has rarely been used and nobody has ever smoked in it, so the interior is in near new condition.

Also have a CT70 or Vino scooter for use at additional cost.

Post picks and somewhat of a price.

Below are only some of the standard items that all people that rent RV's charge for, however, I priced everything lower than most other people. Most others also charge a cleaning fee and dump fee.

NO PETS, NON SMOKERS ONLY

Cash only with $300.00 damage deposit.

1 day 1 night ........... $180.00
2nd day 2nd night .... $150.00
3rd day or longer ..... $140.00 additional per day
Generator use ............. $2.50 per hour (Covers fuel, maintenance, and wear etc.)
Propane ..................... $4.00 per gallon
Delivery charge ........... $2.25 per mile (Free to Lake Elsinore) Will deliver 100 miles maximum from Elsinore.

Couch turns into bed, dinette turns into bed, Queen bed in master.

Has brand new, medium firm memory foam mattress in master, with new sheets, which are washed with antibacterial soap, and sterilized with high heat after every rental.

Additional items to use for free are, 10 12 ounce bottles of Crystal Geyser Water, paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, paper towels, bathroom paper, large ice chest (can fill upon request for cost of ice only), 4 folding outdoor chairs with arm rests and cupholder, 48" x 24" outdoor folding table, 26" x 18"folding table, 10' x 10' piece of astro turf, portable battery powered 19" DVD player with a few DVD's, 11" indoor/outdoor fan, liquid dish soap, liquid body wash/shampoo.

NO TOWELS OR WASH CLOTHS - I don't supply these because most people have told me they prefer to use their own.

Hardwood cabinets instead of simulated wood vinyl covered pressboard, and solid wood flooring.

.
Crema Marfil style Corian countertops instead of cheap Formica.

.
Magic Chef 3 burner stove/oven and Sharp Convection Microwave.

.                                   Hallway cabinets with closet, plus room divider door.

.

over $200 a night (possibly more depending on how far it is and if you actually use the generator, haha)  to stay in a 24 year old motorhome.

Your phone must be ringing off the hook ....

Obviously, the person quoted below that replied to my post elsewhere, has a significantly different opinion. Perhaps that's because he knows what he is talking about and isn't financially destitute like you appear to be?

"Bar_Fly77

Thats a more than fair rate in my view. It is nice to stay at the track for multi day events. Wish FPMX could or would go back to Glen Helen, Raced their National few years back at Glen Helen,  camped over night (in my own rig) and had a great time. Considering fuel costs for someone renting and then driving to the track, your option is very good."
