KTM Brake Pads
« on: February 19, 2018, 09:23:26 AM »
Hi guys, what are you using for brake pads for 2016 KTM 450SXF?  The brembo ones are like $80.00 a set.  Any other options that are very good?

I was only getting about 10hrs on the rear, out of those $10 pads.

KTM sells two levels of rear (not sure about front) pads, like $80 OEM replacement and $40 for another type of KTM Brembo pads. 3Bros. offered me the $40 KTM option, so that's the way I went, and those were pretty good. I've used those with some success, as well as Braking and Galfer.

I also experienced quick wear with the RMATV pads on the rear. Replaced them after 12 hours. The fronts however are wearing normally.
They did work well though. This was on a Beta by the way.
