New Year, same stellar information - Thank You B-Dub!Much appreciated B-Dub!
This!Sending prayers to Kade for a full recovery. As an alumnus of the Scripps Trauma Center I can attest he is in the best hands possible...those folks are top notch and have been dealing with Baja racing injuries for years.
Yeah there were a lot of comments (not good) made about Score this year on the PCI Radio Relay channel. They could have done a hell of a lot more in my opinion and my hat is off to those that jumped in to help and do whatever they could, especially the McMillin's.
X2
Sometime Sunday tomorrow at FoxPala Sunday lookin' pretty good. #280 on a Kawi with mismatched plates
Thunder Valley size? Not sure TV ever had 1:30ish lap times...Looked more like a Perris or old Milestone size for reference. Was even shorter on Saturday qualifying without the inclusion of the oval extension section after the start. Good racing, regardless, but was a bummer watching TC41 go 2-DNF-DNF when it mattered in the motos. Were they racing on a Vet track? It may have seemed like it from the coverage but it's not. I would estimate that its about the size of Thunder Valley. If you've ever been to Thunder Valley, it's not that large.
Here's a pic of the track and the golf course next to it. For comparison that is the 14th hole and is 392 yards from the regular tees.
True ProRide styleThanks Bill I did drop down but got bumped up immediately after LOLCahuilla vet is a very fun track and the dirt was almost perfectGet's off the couch and buys a new bike...jumps into a race after a 5 year hiatus...goes 1 and 1 in his class for the overall win. That is more than just a just a "fun" day! Congrats!
I had a fun day of racing it’s been over five years since my last race
P.S. Don't sell the couch...it seems to work really good!
JMac I had a blast looking forward to lining up with you soon
