Had a pair of Ride Engineering bar mounts on my KTM. One side failed completely after a normal landing on one of the Milestone tables. Rode out the crash with the bars in my hands and no control of the bike. That sucked. I will not put any Ride Engineering stuff on my bike ever again.

Went Friday. Both tracks are fun. Dirt is awesome!  I saw Aaron there, but didn’t get a chance to say hello. I’m guessing he built it. Props to him for setting up a great facility!

Well, considering last week i did this:

Race forst motos in two classes on my 2018 YZF450 then,

bought a 2016 YZ125 that is sprung for a 120lb rider that the seller brought to the track to close the deal then,

I raced said 125 in second motos with only moving the clutch and brake levers.

Something tells me I am not going to notice or care about motor mounts

I did that one year at a Vet-X race at Perris. Raced first moto on my CRF 450 and 2nd moto on my sons YZ 125. I was only 2 seconds a lap slower in 2nd moto and I’d attribute that to the track getting rougher.

Go StarWeezy. Gonna hit that when I get home Woo Hoo!

Mercedes 3500 Sprinter Van

1 ton dual wheel
long wheelbase
high roof
Crew Configuration

The 1 ton dualies are not available from the factory with “Crew” option. This van came with other cargo options like inner panels and floor rails for adjustable cargo hooks. We had an outfitter add the 2nd row bench, tinted side windows with opening subsections, and rear windows. We also added 2 Risk Racing Lock’N’Loads in the rear.

Tons of extra room between rear bench and bikes to carry extra gear or sleep or whatever.

This was also one of the last years to have the larger 3.0 V6 Bluetec diesel which they just returned to.

Van is in excellent, like new, condition.

Garaged in airplane hangar

Very Low Miles. Only 34,000

PM for photos or more info.

MX tech talk / Re: 12 KTM 150SX Weak Spark
« on: September 12, 2014, 09:00:09 AM »
Dudes this is beyond funny.  I was flaming that other dude a bit for the old banana/potato in the tailpipe. After pulling the plug and regapping and checking spark, all while draining the fuel, i through it back in.  No start. Pulled the plug again and it was soaked!  Then I thought to myself its like the choke is on. F'ing Duh!  Then thought about the bike wont start thread and ding light went off. Pulled the fresh clean air filter and voila, not one , but two rags.  OMG!

Fired the bike up after 3 months with fresh fuel. It ran fir about 10 seconds then died.

Pulled the plug and it was soaked. Cleaned it up and checked spark before throwing it back in; it was very weak.

Pulled the left side cover off ignition area.  There was some light corrosion in there from moisture getting in that area, but nothing really bad.

Going to pull the seat next and check all the ignition connections.  Also going to check the coil.  Not a coil in cap style, 2 stroke, so i can probably pull the one off my 250SX.

Any other ideas?
