I have replaced my cover 3 times this year my braces just show no mercy on the seat edges
Anyone know of a good durable seat cover with a harder plastic/kevlar side ?

Guts racing has kevlar sides. I had one on my last bike.

Yeah the gutz have kevlar, and most aftermarket covers or seats much thicker than the thin stock cover.

Yep those Guts covers are nuclear , the StompGrip seat covers also hold up very well , I only know of one person who could wear through one , and he wore through everything , but his Guts cover lasted the longest.
