LACR has been in operation under Jacks direction for 25 years,
and it's still going on strong. This is the home of
CRC(California Racing Club). Jack has
done an excellent job of keeping this track going for all this time(his beard is a
little
grayer now though). This facility includes 3 tracks, 2 MX/SX tracks and a PeeWee track.
Both MX tracks have plenty to offer.
Want jumps, no problem, just bring your parachute.
Turns with nice burms, whoops, tabletops, you've got them. Both tracks are great,
and any
level rider can have fun on them. The starting gate is a forward falling gate, with a
cement starting pad which is also shaded.
For Grand Prix races, Jack and his crew combine
the tracks in order to create a challenging racetrack. The PeeWee track looks like it's
plenty of fun and all the kids I asked gave it a thumbs up.

There is a concession stand, a parts store,
race gas, clean restrooms. Flaggers and Paramedics (ambulance) are also there.
The racetrack is located on Avenue T in
Palmdale. From the LA area, take I 5 north to Hwy 14 north. Get off at
Pearblossom
Hwy (Sierra Hwy) and stay on Pearblossom until you get to Ave T. Then stay on Ave T for a
short distance and the
track will be on the right (south) side of the road. From the Inland
Empire, Take I 15 to Hwy 138 north(towards Palmdale)
at Ave T make a right and the track
will be on the right (south) side of the road.
Admission: $20.00 (CRC membership required) during practice
Spectators get in for $3.00
